Our customers are thoughtful people and, as such, they understandably want to know the “ins and outs” of our service, not least what it is and how to use it.

What are your hours of support?
We monitor our servers 24/7/365 and have engineers on-hand to resolve any server-wide issues that we either detect or are brought to our attention by our customers.
Our official business, sales and billing hours are 9am to 17.30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, and so any less urgent queries will normally be dealt with within these times. That said, don’t be surprised if you receive a response out of hours, because we are often working when we should be sleeping or out enjoying ourselves!
